- 15 May 2017, notification of acceptance and 2nd Circular
- 15 July 2017, closure of early bird registration for symposium and post-conference trips, on-line registration fee payment, for both symposium and post-conference excursions.
- Registration fee for symposium after 15th July will be 400 US Dollars and 450 US dollars for post-conference trips.
